Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project or open any existing project
2. Open Package Manager (Window > Package Manager)
3. Select the “My Assets” tab and wait for it to load
4. Select the search bar and try to paste something in using Ctrl+V shortcut

Expected result: Text is pasted in to the search bar
Actual result: The search bar loses focus and nothing is pasted in

Not reproducible with: 2021.3.39f1, 2022.2.0b6
