Cannot update nested children of Serialized Class when in Custom Editor Window
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-submitted project
2. Select the "Editor Window Bug" Menu Item (Window > Unity Bugs > Editor Window Bug)
3. Enter the word "one" in the "Prop Top" Title field
4. Add an element to the "Middle Prop List" and enter the word "two" in the "Element 0" Title field
5. Add an element to the "Bottom Prop List" and enter "three" in the Title field
Expected result: All three titles are entered and stay in the "Title" fields
Actual result: Title cannot be added to the element in "Middle Prop List", element cannot be added to the "Bottom Prop List"
Reproducible with: 2021.1.0a1, 2021.1.18f1, 2021.2.0b9, 2022.1.0a2, 2022.1.0a7

Resolution Note:
An unintended behavior of Reorderable Lists was removed that would instantly apply changes done to the list. This would break the ability for users to execute a "delayed" GUI functionality where changes would be made and then applied with an "Apply" button. It is up to the user to have checks in their code to apply the changes.
