Cannot drag Hierarchy children to be first child of parent
Steps to reproduce :
- create a new project
- create a few game objects in the Hierarchy and add them as children of another object
- try to move the last child to be the first and notice that it doesn't work
*Note:
Only reproducible on OSX, works on Windows.
