Cannot create version-like folders when using AssetDatabase.CreateFolder or creating them manually

- Select GameObject > Create Folder and Some Assets
- Observe the created folder’s name in the Assets folder of the Project window
Expected result: The name is “1.2”
Actual result: The name is “1”
Reproducible with: 2022.1.0a12, 2022.1.14f1, 2022.2.0b6, 2023.1.0a9
Not Reproducible with: 2020.3.39f1, 2021.3.8f1, 2022.1.0a11

Note: The same issue is occurring when creating folders manually in the Project window, however, renaming the folder does not cause this issue
