Can not toggle selected events in UI Elements Events debugger
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new project
- Enable "Enable Event Debugger" in Project Settings/UI Toolkit
- Open Window/UI Toolkit/Events Debugger.
- Click the event types dropdown and try to change one of the toggles
- Note the toggle changes are ignored and do not change state
Actual results: Toggles do not change state
Expected results: Toggles change state
