Camera stops Rendering when it has HDR and MSAA set to Off and a Post Process Layer Component attached
How to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project "1154624.zip"
2. Open the Sample Scene
3. Inspect the Game window
Expected result: Camera renders the Cube GameObject and the Skybox
Actual result: Camera does not render, therefore a black screen is seen in the Game window
Reproducible with Unity versions: 2019.1.3f1, 2019.2.0b2, 2019.3.0a2
Reproducible with package versions: 2.0.17, 2.1.6
Not reproducible with package versions: 2.0.16
Notes:
Setting HDR and MSAA to use graphics settings solves the issue even when they are disabled in Project Settings.
If Stop NaN Propagation is disabled, setting HDR to use graphics settings will no longer fix the issue.
Enabling Directly to Camera Target on Post Process Layer fixes the issue.
Enabling Anti-aliasing on Post Process Layer fixes the issue.
Importing the affected package version to Unity version below 2019.1.0a14 will result in Console errors.
