[Camera] No action is performed on clicking the Open button for Render texture
Nothing happens on clicking the open button for RenderTexture
Steps to Repro:
1. Create a new Project
2. Project window > right-click > Render Texture
3. Select Render Texture and click the Open button
Actual Result:
Nothing happens on clicking Open button
Expected Result:
1. The open button is disabled / greyed out OR
2. Render texture opens with supported external application OR
3. A warning is presented to the user
Environment:

Resolution Note:
minor and cosmetic. RenderTexture asset is not really any external file types like JPG/PNG/C#. It is only readable within Unity and used in Unity only. It is no point of opening it anyway. This is same case with material, lens flare, and scriptable object assets.
