Camera jitters when blending Virtual Cameras and UpdateMethod is set to FixedUpdate
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's project
2. Open Scenes > Sample Scene
3. Press Play
4. Press "Camera 2" button
Expected result: No jitters when blending Virtual Cameras
Actual result: Jitters
Reproducible with - 2018.4.2f1, 2019.1.5f1, 2019.2.0b5, 2019.3.0a5
Could not test with - 2017.4 (no package manager)
Reproducible with package versions - 2.1.12, 2.2.9, 2.3.4
Not reproducible with package versions - 2.3.3 (it has many other issues, but no stuttering)

Resolution Note (fix version 2.2.10):
Cinemachine change implemented: Split brain.UpdateMethod into brain.VcamUpdateMethoid and brain.BrainUpdateMethod. That will allow finer control over when the blending happens.
To resolve the issue in this use-case, set both update methods to FixedUpdate.
Fixed in both 2.2.10 and 2.3.5
