Camera FOV tooltip does not reflect information based on what Axis is selected
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new project
2. Check the Camera component FOV axis (should be vertical)
3. Hover over Camera FOV and read the tooltip.
Should be something like this "The height of the cameras view angle, measured in degrees vertically, or along the local Y axis"
4. Change the FOV axis to Horizontal
5. Hover over Camera FOV for the tooltip
6. It still says the height is measure in degrees vertically rather than horizontally
Expected: The Camera FOV tooltip should provide an explanation that reflects the possible axis choice
Actual: The Camera FOV tooltip just shows the horizontal axis explanation
