Camera.targetTexture cannot be set to null when the HDR setting is turned off
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “CameraBug“
2. Open the Scene “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene”
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. In the Hierarchy window select the GameObject “MainCamera”
5. In the Inspector window change the HDR value to “Off”
Expected result: Cube is rotating
Actual result: The rotation of the Cube does not update
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a16, 2022.2.12f1, 2023.1.0b10, 2023.2.0a9
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.47f1, 2021.3.22f1
Couldn't test with: 2022.2.0a15 ('NavMeshBuildMarkup' does not contain a definition for 'applyToChildren' and no accessible extension method 'applyToChildren' accepting a first argument of type 'NavMeshBuildMarkup' could be found)
Reproducible with: Windows 11
