Camera Culling Mask with a Distortion Shader results in black artifacting on Windows
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project ("TestCumtomGrabPass.zip")
2. Open the "TestCustomGrabPass" scene and enter Play Mode
3. Observe the particle effect
Expected result: an orange slashing particle effect is played without any issues
Actual result: a black plain artifact is visible inside the particle effect
Reproduced in: 2019.1.0a11, 2018.3.0b12, 2018.2.18f1, 2018.1.9f2, 2017.4.16f1
Note: The particle effect works as expected on the Mac

Resolution Note:
Windows will clean the source render texture after the camera finish rendering, while Mac seems to be keeping it. So if we want to keep screen contents for another camera, we need to create our own RenderTexture and store them manually.
