[Camera] "Don't Clear" flags stop displaying game view when resizing since 5.4
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open project "NewBug"
2. Open "Main" scene
3. Resize Game screen see attached gif "Game.gif"
Notice how background and game object dissapears from the scene. Also entering play-mode stops rendering either.
Other notes: When moving camera in game scene by Z axis, object cube dissapears from camera preview. See attached gif "Preview.gif". Also same happens in earlier Unity versions.
Bug introduced in 5.4 version.
Not reproduced: 5.2.0f3, 5.2.2p4, 5.3.0b3, 5.3.2p2.
