Cache Server Default IP address field's input is cropped
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Edit > Preferences > Cache Server (global)
3. Enter 'g' key in Default IP address field
Expected result: Default IP address field's input is not cropped
Actual result: Default IP address field's input is cropped
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0b3, 2019.3.0b5, 2020.1.0a2, 2020.1.0a6
Not reproducible with: 2019.2.7f2, 2019.3.0b2, 2020.1.0a1
Could not test: 2017.4, 2018.4 Default IP address option is not introduced
