C# code formats badly after adding preprocessor directives in MonoDevelop 5.9.6
Reproduction steps:
1) Open any script using MonoDevelop 5.9.6 (version, which comes with Unity 5.3 and 5.4 beta)
2) Write simple, empty method (pay attention on formatting, especially spacing)
3) Add preprocessor directives (watch gif)
4) Write another method and compare it's formatting to first one
Actual result:
Second method has no formatting spacings (only in some particular places).
Expected result:
Second method should be spaced/formatted just like first one.
Unable to reproduce this issue with MonoDevelop 4.0.1, which comes with 5.2.4f1
