Button's interactable zone is messed up when using ICanvasRaycastFilter and child/parent buttons
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Press Play
3. Inspect top right corner where there are 2 buttons with ICanvasRaycastFilter
Expected result: Interactable zone works fine
Actual result: Interactable zone is broken, different behaviors when changing UI Scale Mode
Reproducible with - 2018.3.0a8, 2018.2.3f1, 2018.1.9f1, 2017.4.9f1, 2017.2.3p3, 2017.1.4p2
