[Windows] Button hitboxes are misaligned when the window is maximized and then set to 2560x1080 resolution
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open "SampleScene" in the project
3. Go to File -> Build And Run
4. When the build launches, make sure "Windowed" checkbox is checked and click the "Play!" button
5. Click "1024x768" button and maximize the window
6. Click "2560x1080" button
Expected result: Hitboxes of buttons match their images
Actual result: Hitboxes of buttons are in the location where the images would be if the window was properly stretched
Reproducible on: 2017.3.0a1, 2017.4.15f1, 2018.1.9f2, 2018.2.16f1, 2018.3.0b10, 2019.1.0a9
Fixed in 2018.3.8f1, 2019.1.0b5, 2019.2.0a6
