[Button]Button under the mouse pointer will remain highlighted when navigating with arrow keys
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open test scene
3. Press play
4. Click button and leave cursor on it
5. Use arrow keys to navigate
6. Notice that button with cursor over it stays highlighted when navigating with keys

The same thing happens when:
1) Mouse over button
2) Mouse down
3) Leave mouse from button
4) Release
5) Button stays in Highlighted animation state (i.e. has navigation "focus") even though the mouse is off the button
A solution could be to add a Hover state.
