Burst takes a significant amount of time to load when entering Play Mode
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached project
2. Open Jobs > Burst and make sure that the “Enable Compilation“ option is enabled
3. Open Window > Analysis > Profiler
4. In the Profiler window enable Clear on Play and set it to Edit Mode
5. Enter Play Mode
6. Stop the profiler recording and select the 3rd frame
7. Search for “InitializeOnLoad BurstLoader”
Expected result: BurstLoader does not take a significant amount of time to load when entering Play Mode
Actual result: BurstLoader takes 200+ ms to load when entering Play Mode
Reproducible with: 1.6.6 (2020.3.40f1, 2021.3.11f1), 1.7.4 (2022.1.18f1, 2022.2.0b10), 1.8.0 (2023.1.0a13)
