Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj"
2. In Menu go to Jobs > Burst > Enable compilation
3. Repeat step 2
4. Observe the Console window

Expected result: No errors are seen
Actual result: Error “System.ArgumentException: An item with the same key has already been added. Key: 1909f56bfc062723c751e8b465ee728b” is seen

Reproducible with: 1.8.0 (2020.3.46f1), 1.8.1 (2021.3.20f1), 1.8.2 (2022.2.9f1), 1.8.3 (2020.3.46f1, 2021.3.20f1, 2022.2.9f1, 2023.1.0b5, 2023.2.0a5)

Reproducible on: Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2

Notes:

DLL from Adverty plugin is included in the project ( https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/add-ons/adverty-monetize-100-of-gameplay-with-unobtrusive-in-game-ads-183869 )

Hi, in Unity2023.1.16f1 and Burst1.8.9 there is still a similar problem! It can be reproduced in the following way
1. Open the page Aspose
2. Expand Aspose.PSD Product Famility
3. Click on Aspose.PSD for .NET
4. Download Aspose.PSD for .NET(Dlls only)
5. Unzip the .net2.0 dlls and import them into unity.

Then you can reproduce
