Builds fail on "UnityEngine.GUIUtility:ProcessEvent" when building on M1
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-attached “MacBuildCrash.zip” project
2. Build the project
Expected result: The build is successful
Actual result: The build fails
Reproducible with: 2021.3.23f1
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.47f1, 2021.3.22f1, 2022.2.17f1, 2023.1.0b14, 2023.2.0a13
Fixed in: 2021.3.24f1
Reproduced on: macOS Ventura 13.2.1 (M1 Max), macOS Ventura 13.0 (M1), macOS Darwin 13.3.1 (M1 Max)
