[BuildPipeline] Post processing callbacks still have previous platform preprocessor directives set when switching platforms
Reproduction steps:
1) Open attached project
2) Go to Build Settings
3) Switch to Android or iOS platform
4) Clear the console
5) Switch to standalone platform
--- In the console you will see logs printed from #if UNITY_ANDROID or #if UNITY_IPHONE blocks
