[WP8] Building WP8 solution generates winmd files that are not found
To reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Build for WP8
3. Open up the solution with Visual Studio
4. Notice the BridgeInterface.winmd and UnityPlayer.winmd files
If you try to build the solution the files prevent it from building - they are not found. Deleting them from the solution allows it to function normally again.
