Building for webplayer, but webplayer says it can't update
To reproduce:
1. Create new project
2. Build and run for Web Player
3. Notice the error ("Unity Web Player update finished, but installed revision (4538003) is less than required revision (4606018). Please reinstall.") in Web Player
By Design: Minor betas do not have webplayer support. See the download page for 4.6. http://unity3d.com/unity/beta/4.6

Exactly what ORB said - 4.6b18 does not support Web Player at all.
I'll vote this just to get it closed sooner.

There's no webplayer for beta 18. It's saying so on the download page.
