[Build] Building an Asset Bundle varient results in an unclear error with identical files at different directory levels
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project '1197194repro.zip'
2. Execute 'Assets -> Build AssetBundles'
Expected results: AssetBundles build successfully
Actual results: Building process fails with 'Moving file failed' error
Reproducible with: 2018.4.13f1, 2019.2.13f1, 2019.3.0b11, 2020.1.0a13
Could not test with 2017.4 due to constant baking errors in console
Full error description:
" Moving file failed
Moving Temp/unitystream.unity3d to <path_to_bundle>"
Notes:
- If there are two identical files (example: two Materials with the name 'Mat'), changing the name of one of them to something else allows for the bundle to build;
- Does not reproduce if the files are of different types (example: Material 'Mat' and Sprite 'Mat')

This only happens on Windows machines, not on Mac.

We have reproduced this on Unity 2019.4.13f1.
