Build Settings Window (UWP) gets overlapping elements when its height goes beyond a certain treshold
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open File>Build Settings
2. Choose Universal Windows Platform
3. Choose a version of Visual Studio that would result in a warning about missing required components
4. Resize the window vertically to see the Scene list become unusable
Expected result: a scrollbar should appear or maybe some elements should be hidden below a certain height
Actual result: the Scene management field becomes unusable/garbled beyond a certain window height when the warning field is shown
Reproducible with: all actively maintained versions
