Build Profiles: Window becomes messy during the resizing
How to reproduce:
- Create a new project
- Go to "File" ->"Build Profiles"
- Doc "Build Profiles" window next to "Scene" and "Game" windows
- Try to resize the "Hierarchy" or "Inspector" windows
- Observe data in the "Build Profiles" window
Actual result: An attachment (video) is added below in the "Attachments" section.
Expected result: The data should not be distorted.

Not reproducible with: 2023.3.0a19.
