Build Profiles icons are lower quality when Build Profiles window is opened on a secondary monitor
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Open Build Profiles window
3. Observe the icons of the Platforms
Actual results: Icons are lower/blurry quality in the Build Profiles window
Expected results: Icons are not blurry, high quality in the Build Profiles window
Reproducible with versions: 2023.3.0b1, 6000.0.41f1, 6000.1.0b9, 6000.2.0a6
Can’t test with: 2023.3.0a19, 2022.3.59f1 and lower (Build Profiles window not available)
Tested on (OS): Sequoia 15.2 (MacBook Pro, 2021 (M1))

Resolution Note:
This behavior is expected based on how the editor selects icons when the windows are created. This may be fixed in the future when addressed at a lower level by either updating the icons to SVG or swapping them with the correct icon when the window switches displays.
