Build Profile - Platform Browser: Top window section isn't consistent to other windows
How to reproduce:
- Create a new project
- Go to "File" ->"Build Profiles"
- Click the "Add Build Profile" button, which is displayed in the "Build Profiles" section below the text "Add a Build Profile...."
- Observe the top window section
Actual result: It seems that something is missing. Maybe a tab component with the title. An attachment is added below in the "Attachments" section.
Expected result: Windows should be consistent.
Reproducible with: 2023.3.0b1, 2023.3.0b4
Not reproducible with: 2023.3.0a19.
