Build process fails even though the build succeeded when trying to not launch the player after building
Repro steps:
1. Open attached project
2. Make sure platform is set to Android
3. Main menu -> Window -> General -> Test Runner
4. Press "Run all in player (Android)"
5. Observe the Console
Actual: "TestLaunchFailedException: Timed out trying to connect to the player. Player failed to launch or crashed soon after launching" thrown
Reproduced on: 2019.2.16f1 - 1.0.18, 2019.3.0f3 - 1.1.8, 2020.1.0a16 - 1.1.8
