Build Icon's alpha values are ignored when building the project
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Inspect the referenced Build icon's "ghost" image in the Assets folder
3. Build the project
4. Inspect the icon of the built project
Expected result: Build icon looks the same as the referenced image
Actual result: Image alpha values are not applied in the Build icon
Reproducible with: 2017.4.36f1, 2018.4.16f1, 2019.2.19f1, 2019.3.0f6, 2020.1.0a20
