Build fails when Unity Recorder plugin is present in the project
Repro steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Install the Unity Recorder plugin
3. Build for Android/iOS/WebGL
Actual: Build fails
Reproducible with: 2018.3.0a2, 2018.3.1f1
Notes:
- Couldn't test with other version due to numerous errors

Workaround for the "Plugins collide with each others" build error :
The fccore.dll used by Unity Recorder package has two versions : x86 and x86_64 and both of them are included on WebGL/Android. You have to manually modify the x86 associated .meta to disable it.
