Entering to full screen from windowed build stretches elements
Repro steps:
1) Open the project and scene 1
2) Build the scene and run as Windows standalone
3) In settings, choose lower resolution and select window
4) Try resizing the window and notice that buttons stay the same size
5) Press Alt + Enter and notice that the buttons are stretched
