Build & Run Universal Apps C# solution with C# project crashes when first run
To reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Set the platform to Windows Store, Universal 8.1 sdk
3. Make sure it is set to C# solution, C# projects is enabled and the Compilation Overrides is set to Use Net Core
4. Build & Run (deploy to device)
5. App instantly crashes
If you run the same app on the phone again - it works.

- Redoing creation of Sub Scenes and Cube GameObjects in Hierarchy throws “Assertion failed on expression: 'targetScene != nullptr’” error in Console window
