build and run fails for the HDRP template
Repro steps:
- make a new project with 2021.2.0b1 with the HDRP project
- Build and Run
- notice the build and run fails and the console is full of errors:
Shader error in 'GenSdfRayMap': Couldn't open include file 'SdfUtils.hlsl'. at kernel RayMapScanY at GenSdfRayMap.compute(22)
Simply making a build works, but the console is still full of erros at the end of the build.
There are no obvious visual artefacts with the project, in editor or in standalone build.
