Bug Reporter search takes quotes (") into search algorithm
1. Open Bug Reporter V2
2. Search for "networking states"
Expected: results provide information having 'networking states' text.
Actual: results provide information containing '"networking' AND 'states"' text.

Bug Reporter utilizes Unity Sajari search - universal search solution. Unfortunately, it's a limitation on the integration's side.
