Blue highlights appear when some of the UI Builders panels are focused
How to reproduce:
- Open any project
- Create a UI Document Asset in the Project Browser and open it
- Click anywhere in the Viewport, the Inspector or the Library panels
- Click anywhere in the Hierarchy or Stylesheets panels
Expected results: Highlight lines appear when focusing any of the panels
Actual results: A highlight appears at the top of the Viewport, Inspector and Library panels, it does not for the Hierarchy or Stylesheet panels
