Bloom Component on a Global Volume resets its visual when saving the project
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "ScenarioWeek2024.zip"
2. Select Assets/Scenes/GameScene/Global Volume Profile.asset
3. Change Bloom Intensity to 10 in the Inspector window
4. Click File>Save Project
Expected results: Bloom visual is no longer visible
Actual results: Bloom visual is still visible
Reproducible with: 2023.3.0b1, 2023.3.0b4
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.35f1, 2022.3.17f1, 2023.2.7f1, 2023.3.0a19
Reproducible on: Windows 10 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
