Blend Tree stops working when GameObject is deactivated and reactivated while in Play Mode
To reproduce:
1. Open user attached project
2. Open SampleScene
3. Run Play Mode
4. Open left_hand.controller of left_hand in Animator Window
5. Open the `HandClasped` Blend Tree
6. `IndexClasped`, `ThumbClasped`, `PhalangesClasped` Set these values to 1
7. Confirm that the blend tree works
8. Deactivate 'left_hand' GameObject
9. Reactivate 'left_hand' GameObject
10. Open left_hand.controller of left_hand in Animator Window
11. Open the `HandClasped` blendTree
12. `IndexClasped`, `ThumbClasped`, `PhalangesClasped` Change this value
Actual result: object doesn't react to Animation changes made in Blend Tree
Expected result: object reacts to Animation changes made in Blend Tree
Reproducible with: 2017.1.5f1, 2017.2.3p3, 2017.4.10f1, 2018.1.9f2, 2018.2.6f1, 2018.3.0a11
