Blank window and Error "NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object" when expanding the “Default Scaler Profile” tab with Vsync Count set to "Don't Sync"
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj"
2. Open the “/Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity” Scene
3. Open Project Settings (Edit > Project Settings)
4. Click on the Quality tab
5. Set Vsync Count to “Don’t Sync“
6. Click on the Android tab under Adaptive Performance
7. Expand “Default Scaler Profile”
Expected result: “Default Scaler Profile” is expanded and no Errors exist
Actual result: The window is blank and Error “NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object“ is present in the Console
Reproducible with: 1.3.1 (2021.3.44f1, 2022.3.47f1)
Not reproducible with: 1.3.1 (6000.0.21f1)
Testing environment: Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Notes:
- Reproducible with Simulator window under Adaptive Performance in Project Settings
- Not reproducible with VSync Count set to “Every V Blank“

Fixed by another internal issue: APB-36: “NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object“ error is thrown when clicking on the disabled Default Scaler Profile setting
