[Blackboard] Renaming a category makes it disappear in the inspector until the inspector is reselected
Repro steps:
1. Create a category in blackboard
2. Add any parameter to it, and expose it
3. Select the VFX in the scene so the exposed parameter and its category are visible in the inspector
4. Rename the category
5. Observe that the category has disappeared in the inspector
6. Deselect and reselect the VFX
7. Observe the new category name is visible

The inspector to refresh with the category change
