Binding Path selection window navigation with mouse is inconsistent
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a new Unity project
2. Download the new Input System package
3. In Project view, create a new Input action file and open it
4. Create a new Action Map
5. Select the default Binding under the default Action
6. In the Binding Properties window, attempt to navigate the Path selection menu, and select a Path
Expected result: You are able to navigate the path selection menu and select a key binding via mouse and keyboard
Actual result: You are only able to navigate the path selection menu via keyboard (enter and backspace keys)
Reproducible with: 1.6.1 (2021.3.28f1, 2022.3.4f1, 2023.1.3f1, 2023.2.0a21)
Note: When aiming the cursor directly on the text portion of a selection, it's possible to sometimes navigate using the mouse
