Batch mode Unity Editor crashes without stack trace when %APPDATA% is not set
How to reproduce:
1. Download tester submitted shell script
2. Tweak directories so they point to valid Unity editor
3. Run script with administrator privileges
4. Investigate editor log files located in 'C:\' directory
Expected result: Unity won't crash or at least provide a stack trace consistently between releases
Actual result: Unity crashes without stack trace on 2017.2 versions and with on 2017.3
Reproducible with - 2017.2.1p1, 2017.3.0p1
Not reproducible with - 5.6.5f1, 2017.1.3f1, 2018.1.0b1
Could not test - 2017.2.0b1, 2017.2.0f3(Package manager issue)
