Baked NavMesh with intersecting objects is deleted on save when Max Slope = 45
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project ("NavMeshBug.zip")
2. Open the Navigation window (Window -> AI -> Navigation)
3. Change Max Slope to a value other than 45, click Bake
4. Change Max Slope to 45, click Bake
5. Save (command + s / ctrl + s)
Expected result: Baked NavMesh is not deleted when saving
Actual result: Baked NavMesh is deleted when saving
Reproducible with: 2020.3.36f1, 2021.3.6f1, 2022.1.9f1, 2022.2.0b1, 2023.1.0a3

Resolution Note:
This issue is only present on 2022.3 and older when using the legacy workflows for building the NavMesh. When using the Navigation package in newer versions of the Editor this issue is not present.
