Baked Lightmaps are corrupted when they are generated using Progressive GPU (Preview) Lightmapper
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project ("gpuspeedtreebakeexample.zip")
2. Open Baketest scene
3. In Lightning window press Clear Baked Data
4. In Lightning window select Lightmaper -> Progressive GPU (Preview)
5. In Lightning window press Generate Lightning
Expected result: Baked Lightmaps looks same as using Progressive CPU Lightmapper
Actual result: Progressive GPU (Preview) Baked Lightmaps are corrupted
Reproducible with: 2018.4.5f1, 2019.1.11f1, 2019.2.0f1, 2019.3.0a11
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.31f1, 2018.3.0b2 (feature was not released yet)
Note: Issue is visible on objects that contain materials with transparent parts or objects that have very dense structure
