How to reproduce:
0. If not set already, set the UNITY_DIAG_ENABLE_DOMAIN_RELOAD_TIMINGS system environment variable to value 1 and restart the machine for changes to take effect
1. Clear Unity cache (AppData/Roaming/Unity)
2. Create a new Unity project
3. Create a new script
Expected result: script compiles successfully

Could not test with: 2018.4.36f1, 2019.4.28f1, 2020.3.12f1, 2021.1.8f1, 2021.2.0a20(env variable has no effect)
Notes:
If the crash does not occur, try clearing the other Unity folders in AppData and delete the Unity Editor 5.x folder in the Registry
