[Backport] Component.GetComponentInParent doesn't have an overload for getting components of inactive objects
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached '1331778.zip' project
2. Observe the Console
Expected result: No visible errors present
Actual result: The 'No overload for method 'GetComponentInParent'' is shown in the Console
Reproducible with: 2018.4.34f1, 2019.4.25f1, 2020.2.7f1, 2020.3.5f1, 2021.1.5f1, 2021.2.0a15
Notes:
- GetComponentInChildren, GetComponentsInChildren and GetComponentsInParent have an overload with the includeInactive bool
