[Backport] Audio keeps playing after calling AudioSource.Stop when Audio Clip's Load Type is set to Compressed in Memory
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "AudioBugTest.zip"
2. Build And Run the project
3. In the opened browser window press the space bar on the keyboard
4. Press the S key on the keyboard
Expected results: Audio stops playing
Actual results: Audio keeps playing
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a13, 2021.2.6f1, 2022.1.0b2
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.33f1, 2020.3.24f1, 2021.2.0a12
Notes: Does not reproduce when Load Type is set to Decompress On Load
