Avatar Mask object no longer shows full Transform hierarchy after opening Layer Settings menu in Animator window
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project "1161646-LayerMaskLego.zip"
2. In Project window, select "Brick_Mask"
3. In Inspector window, select Transform > Expand All
4. In Animator Window, click the cogwheel on Base Layer (or any layer)
5. Repeat the steps 2 and 3 (Expand the transforms of "Brick_Mask" object)
6. Observe Transform hierarchy
Result: Transform hierarchy is missing most of it's components
Reproduced in: 2019.1.0a10, 2019.1.6f1, 2019.2.0b3
Not reproduced in: 2017.4.29f1, 2018.4.2f1, 2019.2.0b4, 2019.2.0b6
