[Audio] Statistics audio level goes to 74.8 if the Game window is muted
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the project in "My project (43).zip"
2. Open SampleScene and enter Play mode
3. Enable Statistics in the Game view
4. Make sure the sound is not muted in-game
5. Inspect the sound level in Statistics
6. Mute the sound in the Game view
Expected result: the sound level remains the same as before the pause, or represents the current sound even though it is muted
Actual result: the sound level goes to 74.8 in a few hundred frames and remains there
Reproducible with: 2019.3.37f1, 2020.3.33f1, 2021.3.0f1, 2022.1.0b15, 2022.2.0a10

Resolution Note:
If the player is muted then there is no audio output, so the level is correct when showing at -74.8 (MUTED). A frozen value at the time of muting would not make sense.
