Audio preview does not detect new hardware if it's not connected during launch
Steps to reproduce:
1. Disconnect/disable all audio hardware.
2. Launch the project
3. Try to preview the sound file, it starts "playing" (the preview plays, but there is no sound)
4. Connect audio hardware i.e. headphones
5. Audio keeps playing but no sound is heard
Expected outcome: Audio preview does not play when there is no hardware to support playback. When connected, the audio is played.
Actual outcome: Audio preview starts playback into unknown output, no sound is heard, no output device is even connected. When connected, the audio still plays somewhere, but not in the connected device.
Reproduced on 5.5.3p1, 5.6.1f1, 2017.1.0b4
Notes: If you relaunch the project with the headphones being connected the whole time, the preview will function normally: It will stop preview when the hardware is disconnected and resume it when reconnected.
